The houses
Model A
The Model A is a house for one or two people. Within its small
allocation of space it provides a generous Living Room combined
with a Kitchen and Dining area, a single Bedroom with a walk-in
closet, and a Bathroom. It also has an alcove of the Living Room
that can be used as an office, a plant room, a sitting area, a
writing space, or a small artist’s studio, depending on the
orientation of the house and the needs of the residents.
The Model A includes 640 square feet, including the entry
vestibule, but not including the small front and back porches.

high cathedral ceiling in the Dining Room/Studio.
